In the rare situation where you need to return a product, we'll gladly send you a replacement, or refund your money if we don't have any replacements left.

New products can be returned for refund if they are still in the unopened original condition they were shipped in.  For refurbished products there is a 90-day limit for returns.

• Send the item back -- we'll pay for shipping if it was our mistake
• Once we've received it, we'll send a replacement or refund your payment
